RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased from GUIDE AND GUILTY must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receipt of shipment, in order to receive a refund.

 The shipping costs of the initial order will not be refunded.

To make a change or refund please send an email to guideandguilty.contact@gmail.com with your order number.

We recommend that customers outside EU who have doubts about the size, do not hesitate to ask us (guideandguilty.contact@gmail.com) so that they do not have size problems once they receive the product. 

We only accept size exchanges (in case we have the requested size in stock), or a refund on STORE CREDIT. 

We do not offer money refunds on drop orders, and in both cases the customer is responsible of paying the shipping costs.
